Bizcare IT Services is dedicated to providing the full suite of information technology support services required by small to medium businesses. These services are provided by remote monitoring and diagnosis, comprehensive telephone advice, and on-site technical services. All our customers are encouraged to take up fully managed Bizcare Maintenance Plans to ensure their ongoing IT needs are fully provided for.
On-site Support
Our mobile technicians regularly make on-site visits to install and repair IT systems. Our Microsoft Certified Professional technicians have achieved a benchmark standard of PC hardware and software training and can resolve most software, hardware, networking and computer accessory issues. On occasions, it is more cost effective for a computer to be taken back to the workshop for repair. On completion, you will receive a written report and explanation of all work completed.
As we value your privacy and security, all our mobile technicians carry photo identification, and have a current Police Clearance certificate. On-site support covers the Perth, Western Australia metropolitan area. Other locations are by special arrangement.
Telephone Support
Our Support Desk operates from 8:30am to 5pm WST, Monday to Friday and can be contacted on: 1800 11 22 67. Support services are only available to current customers of Bizcare IT Services.
The Bizcare Support Desk is staffed by friendly, qualified and experienced IT professionals. They typically solve over 85% of issues over the phone - other issues can be taken care of by remote access or an on-site visit by a Bizcare Mobile technician.
Bizcare™ Maintenance Plans
At Bizcare our focus is on keeping your systems fully operational at all times, so you can focus on the demands of your business. A maintenance plan helps ensure that you keep your computers in the best possible shape - minimizing down time and optimizing performance. Bizcare is our managed services product offering and is offered at three levels: Defend, Assure and Manage:
Bizcare Defend
Bizcare Defend makes sure that your computer systems are in the best possible health to resist attack from all types of malware and exploits. Your systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and updated when appropriate with Microsoft operating system and application patches. The monitoring process also raises alerts for performance impacting issues such as low disk space and high RAM utilization.
Bizcare Defend includes enterprise level anti-virus and anti-spyware software for every computer in your network to ensure your systems are hardened against possible attack.
Bizcare Assure
Bizcare Assure includes all the defense strategies of Bizcare Defend plus a rigorous backup regime for the recovery of data or complete computer systems. The backup module included in Bizcare uses a sector level backup technique that is different to the file level backup provided with Windows itself. This means that data or complete computers, including servers, can quickly be restored to the state of the last good backup. Backups are run on a daily schedule to minimize the risk of data loss. Bizcare Assure ensures that your valuable business data can be restored in the event of hardware loss or human error. Backups can even be restored to different hardware in the event of complete system loss, something that is very difficult to achieve with file level backups.
Bizcare Manage
Bizcare Manage provides the tools for you to manage and optimize the ROI of the computer systems in your business. It naturally includes all the features of Bizcare Defend and Bizcare Assure, and adds predictable IT support costs, disaster recovery and future planning. Bizcare Manage includes all labour in the monthly subscription fee. You will not be billed any additional fees for any of the time taken to support, manage or recover your IT environment. Backups are stored on high quality storage devices provided by Scream Savers and replicated to an offsite storage facility to ensure recovery from a disaster situation. The monitoring software is used to produce trend analysis data that is reviewed with you during scheduled meetings. The fixed monthly fee and no additional labour charges of the Bizcare Manage service equips you with the information to manage IT in a similar way to any other business resource.
