BizCare IT Services is a Western Australian owned and operated company. Bizcare IT Services is a registered trading name of Scream Savers Pty Ltd. We commenced operation in January 2000, since then, we have resolved over 50,000 IT issues and have made over 3,000 site visits.
With the huge growth in demand for managed IT support in the small-medium business market and with 98% satisfaction levels for our service, Bizcare is now available to the general business market and SOHO PC users.
The Bizcare service includes a Support Desk which operates between the hours of 8:30am WST and 5:00pm WST Monday to Friday, and a fleet of mobile technical units that provide on-site support in the Perth Metropolitan area.
Bizcare is committed to environmentally responsible business practices and is a supporter of Carbon Neutral. Bizcare has calculated the carbon impact of its business activities and undertakes regular tree plantings to fully offset its carbon footprint. Bizcare has planted some 409 trees to offset 85 tonnes of CO2 emmissions as at August 2009.
